How it works:
Place desired amount of tea or Yerba mate, in the strainer
Pour heated water up to the max fill line
Allow to steep for desired amount of time
Push the plunger to stop the steep and stop from over extracting.
** WE at Aviva have tested this pot , it works beautifully for steeping yerba mate, holding sediment at a minimum so you can enjoy a lovely clean glass of yerba mate. This has quickly become our favorite way to brew.
