Semi Tropical jungle of Southern Brazil. Fertilized by the natural ecosystem in which it grows Aviva

yerba mate contains minerals, vitamins, antioxidants and phytochemicals that provide nutrition,

energy and tastes amazing. Our yerba mate is grown by a century-old family business that has

produced organic mate in southern Brazil for four generations. Grown in a natural ecosystem

and harvested by local fair trade workers. Our wild harvest has a bold smooth taste.

Since 2003, our partner/supplier has had an organic certification issued by Ecocert, This

certification is current in the Americas, Europe and Japan.

My preferred mate!

Yerba mate is my go-to alternative to coffee and Camellia sinensis tea leaf when I need a caffeine fix. Just the right amount of caffeine to get me focused but not jittery, plus no tannins and more antioxidants! And of course, the fact that it's more sustainable and nutritious as a wild-harvest crop is the major reason why I'm loyal to Aviva. I think the flavor is better than others I've tried, too — admittedly, I definitely drink mate more for the caffeine than the flavor, but it goes well with honey!

What a great quality of Yerba matte!!! The tea is quite accurately described. I’ve been drinking Yerba matte for many years and this Yerba matte is the Best! Highly, highly recommend this product! I LOVE it! My favorite ❤️

Extremely Fine Yerba

I have tried many, many brands of yerba mate, from Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil, and can vouch that Aviva's yerba is of the very highest quality. Originally my taste was for Argentinian Yerba, but gradually I've come to prefer the more complex, "smokier" (although no smoke is used) Paraguayan Wild Harvest. But every yerba that I've had from Aviva, including their flavored varieties, is at the highest level of purity and taste. Even the aging that is done with these yerbas is perfect, which you can tell from the lack of acidity, which makes of Aviva yerba easy on your stomach.

Product arrived within a week. Great tasting tea. Fantastic source of Magnesium which just about everyone is deficient in and your thyroid needs. I have at least 1 cup a day. I had previously ordered this, ran out of it and had to have more. It is simply the Best Yerba that I have ever had!

Simply the best yerba mate!

You can see the quality. No dust, no stems (I know some people like the stems, but I don't care for it). I appreciate the fact that it is unsmoked. Smoked teas are my only real health concern regarding teas. I drink the yerba in the traditional gourd method but I can easily get overwhelmed with the intensity of yerba. Aviva is appropriately intense without the bitterness or grassiness of most yerbas. AWESOME PRODUCT. ORGANIC, TOO!
